As soon as the power is turned on, it won't start playing. The power source needs to be short-circuited once when connected to the ground of ADKEY1 for it to work, but if you only use the module without using UART, this product will be difficult to use!
Its amplifier module is class AB, meaning the sound it produces in a 3W 4ohm speaker is as if you were using an LM386 amplifier module. You would have to buy another class D amplifier module like the PAM8... and only then would you be able to use it; otherwise, this would only serve to play music, you would have to buy the amplifier module separately.
