Not even sure why i bought this i didn't even need it. i thought i needed it cause i wanted to use my laptop as a secondary monitor when i could've just casted it. anyways i plugged it in and it does work, make sure to plug usb into laptop then plug hdmi into input and change hdmi cords if one didn't work cause apparently not all of them can display for some reason
