Good but other health measures are not accurate
Delivery is very fast. heart rate is monitored quite accurately. i recommend it.
The sleep function is triggered based on the bedtime, but not based on the sensor.
I absolutely adore this watch. Itβs awesome for the price. But iβve bought 3 of them over the years because they break easily. First one completely fell apart after nonstop wear after 1 year. 2 one the strap has broken only after a few months but i replaced the broken part. Honestly worth 20$ though
