Excellent product, I have already bought one for each member of the family.
The device sometimes does not respect the pressure value at the beginning and goes above 23, forcing you to stop it because it is applying too much pressure.
Sometimes error 5 appears and you don't know how to resolve it, as there is no explanation of the error codes in the manual.
It's a shame that the couriers broke it; it arrived not working. They refunded me, but it's not fair that I have to pay the manufacturer for something that wasn't their fault!!
