Well, it charges very slowly. And the Type-C port itself doesn't work for charging; it takes even longer to charge. In a pinch, connecting a lamp will work. At least it looks nice.

Good for breaking a branch. And since I had unused battery cells at home, it came in handy.
Everything arrived exactly as agreed.
The unit works fine. Handy size to pop into your pocket.
Comes without 18650 cells (as expected).
It auto-detects power input and power output so no extra buttons for operation are needed.
It drops a star (to 4) as the function of the unit is a little strange.
When it is fully charged, the 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% leds are all on.
I would expect just the 100% light to be on.
Similarly if the cells have 50% charge left, the 25% and the 50% would both be on.
A little strange, but once you've grasped the display it is fine.
