It was quite a journey to have it in my hands, at customs they kept it for a long time, they asked for documents every now and then and when I uploaded them, they took a long time and then told me that another document was missing, after that I had to pay €70 for customs and there was another waiting time until they released it, and it arrived at the address I had given, but I had already moved to another place, I had to ask my daughter to look for it and send it to me, until it finally arrived, I checked it and only the box had a small dent, but otherwise it arrived in great condition, and very well packaged, very grateful to the this website, I give all the stars I can give it. I loved the phone but I must warn you that it is quite heavy and big, but I still love them, very grateful and satisfied.
