Leica Q3 Full-Frame Compact Digital Camera Black

The Leica Q3 represents the third generation of Leica's acclaimed fixed focal length full-frame cameras. Combining timeless German craftsmanship with a sleek, minimalist design, it delivers exceptional image quality through advanced sensor and lens technology.

Equipped with a new 60MP BSI-CMOS sensor featuring Triple-Resolution technology, it offers flexible shooting options at 60, 36, or 18 megapixels to balance detail, speed, and file size.

The camera features a fast Leica Summilux 28 mm f/1.7 ASPH lens, renowned for its optical precision. An integrated macro mode enables close-up photography starting at 6.69 inches.

Additionally, the Leica Q3 offers an extended digital zoom capability cropping to focal lengths of 28, 35, 50, 75, and 90 mm, enhancing creative framing options without sacrificing full sensor quality.

A new Maestro IV processor with 8GB buffer memory ensures fast operation and processing speeds. The state-of-the-art hybrid autofocus system combines contrast and phase detection with tracking for eyes, faces, bodies, and animals.

Innovative assistants such as Leica Perspective Control (LPC) and Leica Dynamic Range (LDR) optimize JPEG outputs, requiring no additional post-processing.

The Leica Q3 supports 8K video recording with efficient codecs like H.265 and Apple's ProRes, complemented by HDMI and USB-C ports for external devices and tethered shooting workflows.

Wireless capabilities include Wi-Fi and Bluetooth with embedded MIMO technology for up to 10x faster transfer speeds to the Leica FOTOS app, supporting seamless mobile workflows and remote control.

A 3-inch tiltable high-resolution touchscreen with advanced tilting mechanism provides flexible viewing angles for creativity. The upgraded electronic viewfinder offers 56% higher resolution matching Leica SL2 and SL2-S standards.

The camera body is IP52-rated for dust and spray water resistance, ensuring reliability in diverse conditions.
